Books. They take us on journeys, open a path to answers, inspire us & enable us to learn from views other than our own. Books increase our knowledge, expand our vocabulary, ignite our creativity, and help us relax. Wellbeing is found when you pick up a book, feel it’s title, smell the pages and begin reading, hopefully in a quiet nook where you can enter the books world and take a break from yours.
