Work Out With Us
We've got work out tips and just the place to put them in action.

Exercise is a proven way to improve your quality of life and overall physical and mental wellbeing. The fitness center at The Flamingo Resort & Spa has been renovated with new exercise equipment, and all of our guests have access during their stay!
Incorporating exercise into your daily routine can have many benefits. Exercise releases endorphins which helps boost mood and reduce feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression. Moving your body throughout the day can also promote better sleep and improve cognitive function. All of these things work together to get you in a good mood and ready to face the day. Our SPOKEN properties all have a fitness room where guests can exercise during their stay.
Want to work out but not sure where to start? Try the following to get moving and feel better!
